How to get the HOTTEST
items without getting burned!
Many of our "Seasoned Experts" who frequently order from the
Diver's Den know the tricks to getting that hot item they want. If there is a particularly anticipated species going in the
Diver's Den, following the steps below will help you have the best chance to bring home your next prized aquarium addition.
Be LOGGED into your account and make
sure you don't time out!
Be set up as an Express Customer - this includes billing address, shipping address, and payment type. This will ensure the fewest steps to checkout and is the quickest option.
The Diver's Den is typically updated between 5:00 and 6:00 pm CST, Mon-Fri. Get to the site a few minutes early & sort the section you are interested in by "Newest Items First" (in the Narrow Your Results box to the right of the thumbnail images on each
Diver's Den page). Then start refreshing the page!
Add the item to your shopping cart and checkout ASAP, then immediately finalize your order. If you would like to order something else, do so after you have finalized your
Diver's Den purchase. You can simply place a note in your order online during checkout that states, "Add this order to my previous
Diver's Den order," and the shipping charge on your 2nd order will be adjusted (or phone in your order).
PLEASE NOTE: Anybody can add a Diver's Den item to their shopping cart, but whoever finalizes their order first is the one who will receive the item. Unfortunately we are unable to hold the item while it is in somebody's cart. We apologize for this inconvenience.
