You are welcome to place an order with us in your choice of four ways:
While shopping online, add selections to your shopping cart using the links at the bottom of every species page. You may see what's currently in your cart by clicking the Shopping Cart link on any page.
Shopping Cart - Depending on what you ordered, your cart may show up to seven categories of items: 1. Fish/Corals/Inverts/Algae/Prebuilt Reef Cleaner Packages; 2. Diver's Den®/Coral Farm; 3. ORA®; 4. Build Your Own/Caribbean Prebuilt Reef Cleaner Packages; 5. Live Rock; 6. Freshwater & Pond Plants; 7. Live Foods. This is because each category requires different
shipping practices. Once you've reviewed your order, click the Go To Checkout button to continue.
My Account - Checkout requires registering as a LiveAquaria.com customer. Enter your User Name and Password if you are a returning customer, or click on the "New Customer" button if this is your first time. Having an account with us means we store your profile on our secure server to make future visits fast, safe, and convenient.

Checkout - Checking out is a 4-step process. Help is available at every step. Bill-to information -> Ship-to information -> Shipping method -> Finalize order.
Ordering online, by phone, or by fax:
- We accept all major credit cards for online orders, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- PayPal Credit - Checkout fast with PayPal Credit. The effortless way to pay without using your credit card. Simply select PayPal Credit at checkout, answer two simple questions and accept the terms. It's that easy. There is no separate application process. PayPal Credit offers flexible terms, that allow you to choose to pay in full or over time. Subject to credit approval. . You can order online with the utmost confidence that your credit information is safe and secure.
Because there are many factors affecting the availability of aquatic life, not all species are available at all times. New shipments arrive at our facilities daily, and every day specimens that have successfully passed our thorough health examination become available.
In the case your selection should go out of stock after you place your order, we will ship - one time at no additional shipping charge to you - any items arriving in stock within two weeks of your original order. You will receive an e-mail the day your backorder ships so you can make arrangements to sign for your order when it is scheduled to arrive.
Backordered items unable to ship during this two week period may be cancelled and your order total adjusted accordingly. Customers will be contacted prior to the expiration of the order to confirm cancellation or to discuss available substitutions.
It's our policy never to automatically substitute a size or species if what you requested is unavailable. We work closely with our customers and aquatic suppliers to ensure you receive exactly what you order. If your selection is out of stock, feel free to discuss alternates with one of our aquatic service specialists.
