Halfmoon Copper Betta, Male

With their splendid and elaborate tails, Halfmoon Bettas are always a sight to see, and none more than the Halfmoon Copper Betta, which flaunts stunning coloration and a distinctly metallic appearance. With shimmering colors that are varying shades of copper, hence its name, the Halfmoon Copper Betta belongs to the family Betta splendens and are easy to keep in terms of care level.

As it is with bettas, the Halfmoon Copper Betta gets along well with other fish, but not with other males of the same species. A 4-gallon tank is recommended as a minimum size, with some plants to provide it with hiding places.

The Halfmoon Copper Betta is a carnivore, and will enjoy a varied diet consisting of flake food and pellets, as well as frozen food. Giving these betta plenty of space to swim around, your tank will look all the better for having a gorgeous Halfmoon Copper Betta in it.
