We do not offer refunds on livestock only store credit through our Aquatic Life guarantee.
We do not offer returns on livestock.
We do not refund or credit any shipping costs or box fees.
We do not cover any shipping costs for store credit livestock orders.
UPS delays due to weather or mechanical failures which result in loss may not be covered under our Aquatic Life guarantee. We will do our best to make things right!
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by buyer.
If you experience a loss during the Aquatic Life guarantee, all claims must be submitted via claim form.
Specimens must be photographed on a white background, under adequate lighting, and outside of the aquarium or shipping bag to be accepted for store credit.
